The Tucson builds off its bestselling success with a slight lineup change and a new performance option for the 2026 model year. Hyundai has renamed the SEL Convenience to SEL Premium and added over-the-air navigation and mapping updates to its list of amenities. The AWD version of the XRT now comes with Terrain Mode, adding mud, sand, and snow settings for enhanced control over challenging surfaces. At the high end of the lineup, the Limited receives the same over-the-air infotainment upgrades as the SEL Premium. The Tucson also benefits from increased towing capacity this year, as it’s up to 2,750 pounds from the previous cap of 2,000 lb.
