ELANTRA Hybrid
Hyundai has expanded the Elantra Hybrid’s lineup for model year 2025 with the addition of the SEL Sport, which slots between the efficiency-focused Blue and the feature-filled Limited. This mid-grade trim bridges the gap between performance and efficiency while bringing sportier styling and technology upgrades to the hybrid variant of Hyundai's compact sedan. But fuel economy is still the focus, with the Blue maintaining its position as the segment’s efficiency leader, achieving up to 58 mpg.
America’s Best Warranty continues to come standard with every 2025 Hyundai. This industry-leading coverage provides five years or 60,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper protection and ten years or 100,000 miles of powertrain safeguards (including the hybrid components). Hyundai also includes three years of complimentary standard scheduled maintenance and five years of roadside assistance.

Hyundai offers three versions of the 2025 Elantra Hybrid: Blue, SEL Sport, and Limited. They all have the same hybrid powertrain: a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, a 32 kW electric motor, and a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The system produces 139 net horsepower, which is sent to the front-wheel drivetrain.
The base trim, the Blue, takes the fuel economy crown in the compact hybrid segment, achieving 51 mpg in city driving and 58 mpg on the highway. The SEL Sport and Limited are EPA-rated to return 49 mpg around town and 52 mpg on the open road.
Standard Features
The Blue trim's key standard equipment includes proximity keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, push-button start, automatic LED projector headlights, and fabric upholstery. This entry-level edition also has a 4.2-inch driver information display, a hands-free trunk release, heated power side mirrors, a tilt-and-telescopic steering column, cruise control, four USB ports (two per row), a folding rear seat, a six-way adjustable driver's seat, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The debuting SEL Sport is upgraded with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, alloy sport pedals, a rear lip spoiler, wireless device charging, and 17-inch wheels. While the Limited drops the SEL Sport’s alloy pedals and rear spoiler, it gains numerous upscale touches, like a power sunroof, H-Tex leatherette upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, a driver's memory system, a 60/40-split folding rear seat, Digital Key, heated power side mirrors with integrated turn signals, and upgraded taillights.
Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology
All trims have Hyundai SmartSense, a suite of helpful driver-assistance features. The technologies found on all three trims are forward collision-avoidance assist with pedestrian detection, blind-spot collision warning, rear cross-traffic collision-avoidance assist, lane keeping assist, lane following assist, driver attention warning, safe exit warning, rear occupant alert, and automatic high beams. The Limited adds enhanced forward collision-avoidance assist (with cyclist and junction turning detection), adaptive cruise control, and highway driving assist. A set of airbags, anti-lock brakes, stability control, traction control, and a rearview monitor are found on every trim.
Infotainment and Connectivity
Infotainment for the Elantra Hybrid starts with an 8-inch touchscreen in the Blue, while the higher trims move up to a 10.25-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation. Both systems support Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM satellite radio, and Bluetooth for hands-free phone calls and audio streaming. The Blue and SEL Sport get the base sound system, while the Limited is loaded with a Bose upgrade that has eight speakers. The SEL Sport and Limited include access to a Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluelink+ connected services (for emergency assistance, vehicle monitoring, and other features).
