2021 Hyundai Santa Fe for Sale in Hyannis, MA
The Hyundai Santa Fe has been refreshed for the 2021 model year. On the outside, it gets new front and rear fascias, a three-dimensional grille, redesigned LED headlights and taillights, debuting power-folding side mirrors and puddle lamps, new front and rear skid plates, and a fresh alloy wheel design. Under the hood, the ’21 Santa Fe receives either a new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or a new available turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. A new 7-pin trailer wire connection and trailer sway-control function help when you need to tow a small boat or similar load (a properly equipped Santa Fe can handle up to 3,500 pounds).
The interior setup looks fresh as well: the transmission shifter has been replaced by selector buttons, and there’s a new center stack and console design, plus larger standard and available central infotainment touchscreens. Some newly available options include a class-leading digital instrument cluster, Hyundai Digital Key, a Harman Kardon audio system, wireless smartphone charging, and wireless smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto).
On the safety front, the forward collision-avoidance assist system now comes with cyclist and junction-turning detection. The 2021 Santa Fe also has reverse parking collision avoidance assist, remote smart parking assist, highway drive assist, lane following assist, and navigation-based adaptive cruise control with road curve control.
Trims and Powertrain
The 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe comes in four trim levels: the SE, SEL, Limited, and the debuting Calligraphy. The SE and SEL are driven by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 191 hp and gets an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Limited and Calligraphy have a turbocharged 277 hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic tranny. Front-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available. The FWD SE and SEL return 25 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. With AWD, they get 22 city/25 highway. The FWD Limited and Calligraphy achieve 22 city/28 highway, and with AWD, they’re good for 21 city/28 highway.

The SE gets automatic LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, rear privacy glass, stain-resistant cloth seats, a 60/40 split fold-flat rear seat, an underfloor storage tray, dual front and rear USB outlets, a 4.2-inch color multi-information display, and a rearview camera with parking guidance. The Premium Package will add a panoramic sunroof, leather seats, a power-adjustable front passenger’s seat, premium door sill plates, and ambient interior lighting.
The contents of both packages are standard equipment in the Limited, which also gets projector-type LED headlights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, power-folding side mirrors, a driver’s seat leg-cushion extender, memory functions for the driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, and a surround-view camera system. The SEL adds blind-spot collision avoidance assist, rear cross-traffic collision-avoidance assist, and safe exit assist. Ultrasonic rear occupant alert will be added if the Convenience Package is purchased, and the Premium Package will add highway drive assist. Lane following assist is also available separately. The Limited and Calligraphy get those optional features as standard along with a blind-spot view monitor.
The SE gets an infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Bluetooth. The SEL adds HD radio. The available Premium Package adds an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, navigation, and a premium 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system.
